I’m Philipp Geyer (AKA Nistur) and I’ve just been hired by Ideaworks Game Studio in London. Woo. People want to pay me money! I just finished studying Computer Games Technology at University of Abertay Dundee. Despite the title of blog, I did get all my work done and handed in for my course. I just get sidetracked, thankfully as I enjoy what I do, it’s often by things at least partially relevant. This site is then mainly a place for me to showcase what I have done and record what other random things I’ve done along the way.

Along with programming, I am also interested in games, case modding, Linux, breaking my computer, fixing it again. Sometimes going out and doing outside things, but I’m not all that sporty.

For anyone that is interested, I have just updated my CV and I’ve been working on research for my fourth year Honours Dissertation, which is now complete and I can hopefully upload a copy of my dissertation soon. I have also made a small game/application framework which I used in several of my pieces of coursework and I will hopefully be using it for a small game I’m making.
